Rains! What a pain

 Hello,

It’s raining cats and dogs and taxi cabs right now. I hate it when it rains. So, I wrote a poem…It’s got a nice rhythm.

 Rains can be a pain

Rains can be a pain
When it really floods the lane
And sometimes it hails
That hurts all creatures including snails

The flooded river flows
Through many villages in rows
And all day long it pours
People catch colds in hoards

Rains can really be a pain!

Clouds cover the sky above
And make the day as dark as now
We wish it would really stop
‘Cause we want to go out and shop

Rains are really a pain!

Big drops fall on us
And sometimes we rejoice
As we get fussed
But Oh! Rains can really be a pain!
